What is the use of being successful with certain project if you yourself does not admire your accomplishment. You must assess yourself first, the working environment and the people around, for you to make sure that positive environment /aura is just around. It really depends on the field of work that you are in and what type of project you are working on, but I tend to get the work with others done first. However, one of the first things I do when a new project is handed over is research what type of software I may need. This is vital to the project and can possibly take awhile to find or order.
